Key skills and experience:
- New Zealand experience in retail and face to face customer service
- Experienced and capable of working in a diverse workforce
- Flexible, adaptable, reliable and can multitask well
- Genuinely warm and dedicated to customer satisfaction, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Can resolve any customer grievances and provide resolutions accordingly
Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Qualifications: National Diploma in Business Administration
Value added: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
