Seeking: Service Desk Analyst

Key skills and experience:

  • Experienced in Technical Support and in a Call Centre role
  • Troubleshooting experience from end to end enterprise customer IT network
  • Holds industry standard certifications CCNA,CCNP and CCSA
  • Strong follow up and problem resolution skills and good team player
  • Always meet targets on time and in good order
  • Skilled in negotiation to pursue effective business communication
  • Excellent skills with project coordination and service delivery

Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server and Apple OSX

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering

Value added: Fluent in Urdu
