Seeking: Administration/Customer Service

Key skills and experience:

  • Several years’ experience in administration and customer service in both private and public sector
  • Excellent skills with data administration, reception, helpdesk and hospitality
  • Multi-lingual and experience working in multi-cultural environments
  • Administrative skillset includes learning and working with inventory management systems, managing office supplies and personnel management tasks
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Kind and proactive manner in handling customer queries
  • Willing to learn and adapt where necessary for the role at hand

Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop

Qualifications: Bachelor of Communications (Marketing/Journalism) – currently studying

Value added: Fluent in Tamil
