Seeking: Administration/Customer Service/Call Centre

  • 5+ year’s frontline customer service experience
  • Great multi-tasker, able to prioritise and manage heavy workloads
  • Extensive data entry, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable experience
  • Knowledge of customs and export documentation
  • Enthusiastic, eager to meet challenges and quickly assimilates new concepts

Computer skills include:  Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications:  Diploma in Business Customs Level 5

Value added:  Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi
