Seeking: Administration/Reception/Call Centre

  • Excellent computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email, Internet
  • Extensive frontline reception and customer service experience
  • Fast accurate keyboard skills, confident with photocopying, scanning and maintaining filing systems
  • Invoicing and billing experience
  • Inventory management experience, ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels

Computer skills include:  Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications: Business Administration and Computing Level 3
