Seeking: Cook/Kitchen Assistant

  • 5+ years’ experience in a variety of hospitality roles
  • Experience in preparation and baking of café food
  • Confident knife skills, grill and bake
  • Experience with food rotation in chillers, freezers and dry stock areas
  • Good understanding of hygiene/Health and Safety legislation

Qualifications: Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Level 5, Diploma in professional cookery Level 5, Service IQ Certificate in Advanced Food Safety, National Certificate in Supervision Level 5
