We all want engaged employees who are highly productive and great performers – but how do we keep our teams engaged?

Recognising and rewarding high performance and positive behaviours is a very useful means of encouraging individual and team buy-in.  Sustained employee engagement creates a happier, more productive workplace and plays an important role in staff retention. In this workshop, participants learn how to sustain an engaged culture. 

Our session covers:

  • What employee engagement looks like and how is it measured
  • How to increase and sustain engagement in your team
  • Understand what motivates the individuals in your team
  • Ways to reward and recognise great performance in your team
