So, regardless of your department – reception, sales, accounts, operations, legal, human resources, or any other department – the way that you treat the customer may well determine if that customer does business with your company or decides to go with your competitor.

Excellent, or at the very least, good customer service is actually in your hands. Your company can proclaim your ‘brilliant’ standards of service on your website or Facebook, but the truth is the real life experience your customer has is with you.

This workshop will assist you in identifying your customers main “moments of truth” and in learning how to handle those interactions where the customer invests a high amount of emotional energy in the outcome.

Remember, your customer service will always be compared to others. Are you amazing or just OK?
