Kieran began training salespeople in New Zealand in the mid 90’s. Since then, in New Zealand, the US and the UK, Kieran has trained lawyers, accountants, engineers, public sector workers, corporate employees and entrepreneurs.
Moving country ten times, Kieran developed an enviable job hunting skillset that enabled him to land desirable roles with great corporations.
Using these skills, Kieran became a career coach for a multinational talent solutions consultancy. He continues career management coaching and mentoring of people ranging from students through to executives in career management.
Kieran has been writing and speaking on personal branding since 2001.
Kieran has coached and trained salespeople, managers and employees from many major organisations. His major passion in life is improving the performance of organisations by helping their people become more self-confident, ambitious, effective, and perhaps most importantly, by helping them ensure they are in the role that’s the best fit for them and for their employer.
