Seeking:  Reception/Administration/Customer Service

  • Extensive reception experience, meet and greet customers and resolve phone queries
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Greeting customers with a smile, and helping to solve problems
  • Excellent verbal communication when interacting with different cultures and age groups, concise, polite, patient and to the point.
  • Confident handling challenging customers

Computer skills include:  Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications: City and Guilds Diploma in Reception Operations and Service
