Seeking: Customer Service/Administration

Key skills and experience:

  • Customer Service professional with administrative experience in processing computerised payments and cash handling
  • Excellent phone manner and etiquette
  • Qualified TESOL teacher with overseas experience in IELTS tutoring
  • Training experience – have conducted soft skills and spoken English workshops for adults
  • Versatile, open-minded, committed team player
  • Proven organisational and interpersonal skills

Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Qualifications: TESOL Certificate; Business Administration and Computing Certificate; Masters in Science; Bachelor of Education

Value added: Fluent in Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati and Punjabi
