Seeking: Technical Project Manager
Key skills and experience:
- Wealth of experience in wireless technologies – GSM/3G/ LTE/IMS and also 5 years of recent experience in Incident Management in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
- Extensive experience in the telecom domain in technical project management and incident management providing Tier1 and Tier2 support to customers
- Able to provide inbound and outbound support to customers in the form of emails, calls and following up issues till closure
- Able to manage stakeholder expectations and willing to take full responsibility for delivering project objectives
Computer skills include: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), C & UML, PLM, Tools - Bugzilla, Clearquest, Mantis, IMB TAU, Unix, SVN, Perforce
Qualifications: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation; Certified Scrum Master (CSM); Project Management Professional (PMP); Bachelor of Technology (Electronics & Communication)
Value added: Fluent in Hindi
