Leanne Boyce-Bacon is the Mentor Manager for Auckland North and West.
She has extensive business experience which includes owning a retail and online business. She has also held commercial real estate, banking manager and business manager roles.
Most recently Leanne worked as a commercial manager in the Westpac Commercial Banking team where she worked with a wide range of SME businesses.
Her passion is helping businesses to grow and flourish and think outside the square.
Leanne used the business mentor service when running her own business and found it invaluable. “Having a mentor makes you accountable to someone and helps with strategy and planning, among other things,” she says.
Leanne was previously a business mentor on the North Shore. She is excited to be facilitating great relationships between her North Shore and West Auckland clients and mentors.
Leanne works part-time Wednesday to Friday and is based in our Mayoral Drive Office.

Veronica Sutton is the Mentor Manager for the South Auckland Agency of Business Mentors NZ. Her business background is all about helping small businesses to grow. She has utilised her acumen in direct marketing, relationship management and administration to help her, and others, achieve success.
Of all her talents Veronica rates her ability to listen as one of the most compelling and productive skills. She is ‘all ears’ in learning about her clients -both in and out of business settings - gathering the right information and insights to help them solve problems and create opportunities.
Similarly she is attuned to identifying the specific challenges clients may face in business and then matching these needs with an appropriate mentor, and resources, to achieve success. She is a passionate and positive person who loves to celebrate people’s success.

Kerry Carr has managed the Auckland Central agency for several years. Her background in marketing management, business planning and business advisory roles gives an understanding of the issues facing SMEs, the challenges and the successes.
She enjoys working with her Central Mentor team, match-making and watching the Mentor-Client relationships flourish once a business has another wise head involved offering support, wisdom and a wider perspective.
Kerry has been involved in the new partnership between Business Mentors New Zealand and the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and is very excited to see how this has opened up so many new opportunities for the agencies, their Mentors and clients.
