Margot brings her extensive business experience as a consultant as well as facilitating courses and coaching for the Chamber’s Vital Training division.

Trained in Washington DC USA over 20 years ago, Margot has since combined her experience in management roles in finance, training, education, retail, recruitment and service sectors to design and deliver training programmes in Australia and New Zealand.  Continually developing, she has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, LTCL (Speech and Drama) and extensive training professional development courses.

Her experience and people skills have earned her a reputation as a friendly, skilled professional who makes a positive, practical and lasting difference.

Sharyn became the first certified Microsoft® MOUS Authorised Instructor in New Zealand. She has more than 20 years of experience in the training industry, developing and delivering technology training programmes, coaching and mentoring in-house trainers and creating courseware including e- learning.

Daniel Hunt is a highly qualified chartered accountant and financial advisor.  He began his career with accounting firm PriceWaterhouse Coopers and has since dedicated his professional efforts to the field of business, accounting & education.  He now runs his own company which provides tax, accounting and financial training services to a wide range of companies, institutions and universities throughout New Zealand.

Daniel contributes to and has authored a number of reputable business publications and is a regular contributor of articles to the New Zealand Herald, the Chartered Accountant’s Journal and Financial Alert.

He is a frequent presenter at conferences both in New Zealand and internationally.

Ngaire Newland is a chartered accountant with over twenty years experience. She is a skilled facilitator and works closely with Daniel Hunt in developing and delivering business and accounting courses throughout Auckland.  Ngaire has owned two small businesses and often draws on her experience when assisting other business owners.

She has a real enthusiasm for helping people reach their potential in all areas of their lives and sees training and development as an important part of this.





 

Vicki brings an authentic and inspiring perspective to the programs she facilitates.

She has gained her experience from a number of business sectors she has worked in over the last 30 years: accounting, finance and investment, aviation, engineering, retail and manufacturing, diplomatic, training and facilitation, consulting and coaching.

Her successes have been achieved by blending her understanding of people dynamics and organisation with the practical business realities facing leadership, helping to transform organisations and build high performing inspired teams.

As a human resources generalist, Sue has knowledge in employment law, industrial relations, employment contracts, and developing policies and procedures.

Sue’s experience is backed by numerous professional accreditations, she is someone who inspires capability and confidence to do what needs to be done to get people and performance issues sorted, communicate with impact and get results. Using proven tools, she shares tips and techniques that give the resources to "make it happen."




 

Fiona has extensive experience in the areas of sales, marketing, recruitment, sales training and project management, and has held various senior positions for multi-national companies who are leaders in their industry. Fiona has expertise in business development, business growth strategies, powerful marketing processes, staff motivation and training, and has enjoyed high level success in her career.

Mike began his career 12 years ago as a financial analyst for Nestle NZ before starting his own Excel consultancy firm in 2004. Always passionate about efficiency, he’s taught thousands of people Excel and Outlook believing they are the most underutilized pieces of software in business today.  Mike’s enthusiasm, expertise in this field and ability to deliver his knowledge in a practical way, make him highly effective as a trainer who is sought after amongst New Zealand’s most recognisable companies.
